In 2016, Ms. Marin Minamiya became the youngest Japanese to summit the highest peaks in the seven continents at the age of 19. This video shows the first encounter between Marin and Ms. Nimdoma Sherpa, an ex-beneficiary of WFP school feeding in Nepal, who conquered the highest peak in 2008 at the age of 17, and who has since been a source of inspiration for Marin.
